If you’re ordering a custom canvas print for a birthday, a wedding, or just to finally get that photo off your phone and onto your wall, the first question is usually the same: How long is this actually going to take? Here’s a straightforward, honest answer.

The short answer: 2-3 business days for production, plus shipping

At Strictly Canvas, most orders are printed, hand-stretched, and ready to ship within 2-3 business days of when you place your order. That’s not a marketing estimate; it’s how long it genuinely takes to prepare the artwork, print on our Epson S80600, let the canvas cure, and hand-stretch each piece over the frame before it’s boxed.

Why production takes a couple of days, not a couple of hours

A lot of big online print services promise same-day shipping because they run canvas through automated stretching machines. We do it by hand. Hand-stretching takes longer than a machine, but it also means every corner is checked, every canvas is taut and square, and nothing ships with a wrinkle or a loose corner. That trade-off, a day or two more, for a print that’s actually inspected by a person… it’s one we’re comfortable making.

Shipping time, broken down

Once your canvas is ready, shipping time depends on which option you choose at checkout:

• Cheapest – takes longer, costs less. Good if you’re not in a rush.
• Best Value – a middle ground between cost and speed.
• Fastest – for when you need it there quickly, at a higher shipping cost.

All orders ship from our studio in Lake City, in North Florida, so delivery time will vary a bit depending on how far you are from us.

Add it up, and most customers see their canvas anywhere from about 5 to 10 days after ordering, depending on shipping speed and distance. If you’re ordering for a specific date, a birthday, an anniversary, or a holiday, we’d rather you order a few days early than cut it close, since production time is fairly fixed even if shipping speed isn’t.
