Can I return my canvas and get a refund?
In short, no. We can cancel and refund your order up until the order has entered production. All orders are custom made and are not returnable/refundable after production has started.
With that being said, we want you to be happy with your canvas so let us work with you to make it right!
Absolutely! Once you choose the size canvas you would like, it will take you to the Design Editor. You can choose to upload an image, browse stock images, or create you own design!
What if I can’t make the design I want?
If you are familiar with Canva or Kittl, you can export your design and then upload it here. You can also reach out to us and we can help you!
How long does it take to receive my canvas?
Generally, we produce and ship orders within 3 business days. When checking out, you will have 3 shipping options, Cheapest, Fastest, and Best Value. The shipping option you choose will also effect how long it takes for the canvas to get in your hands.
Do you have any sales or promo/coupon codes?
On thing that I absolutely hated when researching canvas pricing was the stupid mark through sales. Who really believes you marked your product 97% off today?? So no, we don’t. We priced our canvas honestly and fairly.
Do you produce the canvas or is it outsourced?
We produce all of the canvas prints in house. The canvas prints are then hand stretched before being boxed and shipped.
The canvas is printed on an Epson S80600 printer. We use MAGIC GFCVM, a 15 mil Poly / Cotton base canvas.
Where do you ship the canvas from?
We are located in North Florida, which is where the canvas is produced and shipped from.
Why do you not offer a phone number for me to call?
Honestly, we work a Monday-Friday, 8-5 job. Emails are the best way for us to communicate. And if a phone call is required, we can schedule one.
